Andy Murray and Jack Draper appear to be working together once again after the 24-year-old was forced to miss out on Wimbledon earlier this month.
It was revealed in May that the three-time Grand Slam champion had joined Draper’s team, after Draper had split with his former coach Jamie Delgado.
Murray had imposed some conditions on their coaching arrangement, explaining in an interview with The Sun that he would only be working with Draper’s team for “a few weeks” and nothing had been confirmed past Wimbledon.
Murray said he had been candid with Draper on what he “could and couldn’t do” as part of the arrangement, explaining that he wanted to be able to continue to pick up his kids from school and enjoy his family life.
Draper, who missed Wimbledon due to bone bruising in his left arm, is set to return to action at this week’s Mubadala DC Open.
He was spotted training on court at the William HG FitzGerald Tennis Center this week alongside Murray.
Draper appeared to be hitting the ball well with his left arm, while Murray watched on from the back of the court as the British No 6 worked through his session.
The 24-year-old’s ranking has taken a hit after Draper played in just six ATP Tour tournaments this season due to an arm issue.

Draper had sustained bone bruising to his left arm that forced him to miss Wimbledon
He has dropped to No 147 on the ATP Tour rankings and that will likely mean he will need to qualify if he is to play at this September’s US Open, having missed out on the main draw for the event.
Draper was forced to withdraw in the second round of last year’s US Open due to an injury to his left arm.
He has been unable to compete at any of the Grand Slams since, with Draper skipping the Australian Open in January before missing the French Open in May.
On his relationship with Murray, Draper told to Sky Sports: “He has always supported me.
Murray had explained that he did not expect his arrangement with Draper to last after the grasscourt season
“I’ve always had a great relationship with Andy.
“We spent some time together towards the back end of his career, and he’s been a great support to me ever since he stopped as well, but it felt like a really good time to get Andy in my team.
“I’ve always wanted that because he’s one of my biggest inspirations.”
