Reservoir has struck a deal with veteran Atlanta rapper T.I. across his entire publishing catalog, spanning his back catalog and future works, including his new album, “Kill the King,” which debuted in the Top 10 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and Top Rap Albums charts.
Over the years, T.I. has won three Grammy Awards, sold an estimated 14 million albums worldwide and has collaborated with Jay-Z, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Eminem, Nelly, and Mariah Carey, among many others.

+ Primary Wave Music has announced a partnership with Mick Jones, the main songwriter and sole remaining founding member of Foreigner. The partnership sees the company acquiring an undisclosed share of Jones’ publishing and recording catalogs, as well as name, image, and the likeness and touring of Foreigner, which Primary Wave will market in its thorough but tasteful style in association with Jones. Further terms of the deal were not announced, although songs mentioned in the announcement as part of the deal include such massive hits as “Waiting for a Girl Like You,” “I Want To Know What Love Is,” “Cold as Ice,” “Feels Like The First Time” and “Juke Box Hero.”
Jones said of the partnership, “Larry Mestel has created a unique company that focuses on heritage artists and develops them with incredible success. I am personally thrilled that he and his team of professionals will be working alongside my long-term friends and managers, Phil Carson and Stewart Young, to build upon the awareness of Foreigner and our songs. Over twenty years ago, I reformed the band with the finest musicians I could find. This year, we will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the 1977 New York founding with a live album and movie that features original members Lou Gramm and Al Greenwood joining Foreigner for a magnificent concert on Ellis Island. I can’t think of a better home for this and Foreigner’s future than Primary Wave.”
+ Morris Higham Management has announced the expansion of its executive leadership team with the appointment of Clark Mims Tedesco as vice president of marketing.
Tedesco joins the esteemed firm following a 13-year tenure at Warner Records Nashville, where she was instrumental in driving marketing and strategy for MHM flagship client Kenny Chesney. Tedesco led campaigns for Blake Shelton, Cody Johnson, Dan + Shay, Hudson Westbrook, Ingrid Andress and many others during her time at WRN. Tedesco previously spent nearly a decade within New York City’s Broadway community.

+ Warner Chappell Nashville, in partnership with the Core Entertainment, has announced the signing of a global publishing deal with hit songwriter and producer Dallas Wilson, who was penned four major country radio hits, including Dylan Scott’s “Can’t Have Mine” and “Nobody,” and five tracks on Lainey Wilson’s Grammy-winning “Bell Bottom Country” album, including “Somewhere Over Laredo” and “Heart Like a Truck,” and also her new single, “Phone, Keys, Wallet,” featuring John Mayer.
+ Raffaella Braun has been named co-president of Triple Tigers Records. She was the label’s VP of radio promotion and will work alongside co-president Annie Ortmeier across the full Triple Tigers roster, while maintaining a focus on radio. Braun, who reports to Triple Tigers founder and managing partner George Couri, previously worked as a booking agent at CAA and as an event producer. She replaces Kevin Herring, who stepped down earlier this week and will continue to serve as an advisor to the label.
+ Sony Music Publishing has announced the promotion of Luis Pinilla to senior VP and global head of strategy. He will report to chairman-CEO Jon Platt and will continue to be based in the company’s New York office.
Platt said, “Luis brings deep insight and a forward-looking perspective to everything he does, and I am confident he will excel in this role. I am pleased to be continuing our work together as we invest in the growth of SMP’s songwriters and composers around the world.”
+ Luminate, the data partner for Variety and Billboard, has named Brian Czarny as its new chief marketing officer. He joined from Jupiter Intelligence and has worked as an advisor with multiple brands.
+ United Artists of Power is preparing for its official launch, introducing a new platform designed to help creators grow their audiences through collaboration. The platform was founded by artist Charve the Don. According to the announcement, UNAP creates opportunities for artists to amplify one another’s content, helping members expand their reach across multiple platforms. It is designed for musicians, comedians, producers, DJs, influencers, dancers, filmmakers, athletes, entrepreneurs, and content creators.
“If there’s 10 people on UNAP or 10 million, everyone on UNAP will see your post,” said Charve the Don. “The vision behind UNAP is simple: creators are stronger together. When artists support one another, their collective influence becomes far more powerful than any algorithm.”
+ A2IM (the American Association of Independent Music), the not-for-profit trade organization representing over 600 independent record labels, has today announced its 2026-2027 Board of Directors, as well as its new Executive Committee and Advisory Board Members.
Leading the Executive Committee is Glen Barros, Managing Partner, Exceleration Music, as chair; Louis Posen, Founder & President, Hopeless Records, as treasurer; and David Barnes, COO, Rhymesayers Entertainment, as secretary.
