Sean Penn is impressed with Jennifer Lawrence‘s contributions to Hollywood – and unfamiliar with Timothee Chalamet‘s.
The 64-year-old actor praised the Hunger Games actress in a recent interview, saying that she is “probably the last movie star.”
“I think the movie star manufacturer ran out around Jennifer Lawrence time or something,” he said on “The Louis Theroux Podcast.”
The Mystic River star also said that he sometimes “[sees] performances from some young actors where I feel like I should quit and become an accountant because they are so good.”

However, he was not referring to Timothee Chalamet with this comment, as he confessed that he “hasn’t seen his movies yet.”
Jennifer is currently starring in a film Die, My Love, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival this week. If you didn’t see, she showed up to the red carpet in a stunning outfit.
