Nara Smith Makes Surprising Career Move Alongside Demi Moore, Hudson Williams and More
Nara Blue Smith is sharing insight into a difficult time for her and Lucky Blue Smith‘s family.
The influencer shared that the couple’s 2-year-old daughter Whimsy Lou was diagnosed with cancer last year.
“There is no easy way to say this or to talk about any of this,” Nara said in a July 1 Instagram post. “But late last year our daughter Whimsy got diagnosed with cancer.”
Nara—also mom to kids Rumble Honey, 5, Slim Easy, 3 and Fawnie, 11 months with Lucky—shared that they visited several doctors before getting Whimsy’s diagnosis.
“When we saw something suspicious on her, we took her to the ER and they didn’t quite know what to make of it,” Nara recalled. “So we took her to our pediatrician. I just remember him going really quiet and calm and my heart dropped in that moment.”
As Nara—stepmom to Lucky’s 8-year-old son Gravity, whom he shares with ex Stormi Bree—heartbreakingly admitted, “The first thing I felt was, ‘She has cancer.’”
Still, it was the beginning of an extremely stressful journey.
