Quavo walks it like he talks it—and fatherhood is no different.
Indeed, the Migos alum revealed he has welcomed a baby girl, sharing insight into how his little one has already changed him for the better.
“It’s a blessing that God gave me,” Quavo told Complex in an interview posted to Instagram Sept. 29. “It’s a whole new state. It brings joy to me. It brings a new reason why I’m doing this. It brings like a new hunger, a new fire to me.”
“I’m just proud to be a father now,” he added. “So, I’m just happy about it. I’m real sensitive when it comes to that. That’s my soft part.”
As for what the “Walk It Talk It” musician finds most fulfilling about his new chapter?
“Just seeing her light, seeing her smile,” he explained of his baby girl. “You know, seeing her call me ‘dad.’ Just looking just like me. That’s the scary and beautiful part about it.”
And she’s already gotten accustomed to the 35-year-old’s bad and boujee lifestyle, adding that he can’t help “spoiling the s–t out of her.”
