Kylie Jenner is facing a discrimination lawsuit from her former housekeeper.
The Kardashians star is being sued by Angelica Vazquez, who alleges she was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” while working at Jenner’s home in Hidden Hills, Calif., according to court documents obtained by E! News April 21.
The lawsuit does not specifically attribute any of the alleged discrimination to Jenner, though the 28 year-old is listed as a defendant alongside two limited liability companies and 25 individuals who have yet to be identified.
E! News reached out to Jenner’s rep for comment but has not heard back. The beauty mogul has yet to publicly address the lawsuit.
Described as a “a Salvadoran woman and a practicing Catholic,” Vazquez alleged in her complaint that she was “routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment” while employed from September 2024 to August 2025.
