At the hearing, Blake‘s team is expected to ask the judge to stop Justin‘s team from continuing a PR war in this case.

Variety reports that the judge has set the trial date for March 9, 2026. This will give both parties time to prepare their cases, or possibly reach a settlement that could cancel the planned trial date.

The judge’s brother happens to be director Doug Liman, best known for directing films such as The Bourne Identity, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Edge of Tomorrow, and the 2024 remake of Road House.
