In 2023, John spoke to Rolling Stone about his weight loss journey and revealed that he’s lost a total of 200 pounds since he decided to get healthy over a decade ago.
While speaking to Rolling Stone, John revealed that walking his dogs was his favorite way to stay active. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, John said that he had enjoyed boxing to stay fit but had gotten “lazy” during lockdown.
John previously shared that he had been keeping his weight loss journey quiet just in case he gained the weight back, joking that he might start “eating Crisco out of the can with a spoon and a side of confectioner’s sugar.”
