Elon Musk received a summons to court amid a custody dispute with Ashley St. Clair, the mother of his alleged 13th child.
We first learned that Elon had welcomed a child with Ashley when she shared the news in February. After the revelation, she proceeded to call him out on social media, alleging that he had been ignoring attempts to get in touch to discuss their son.
Ashley proceeded to sue him for sole custody of their child, whose name has not been revealed.
On Friday (February 28), Ashley‘s legal team filed legal documents to request a hearing with Elon in court.

According to reporting by People, the documents were filed in New York City with a request for a hearing on May 29. The meeting would be to discuss custody, if Elon should have to take a paternity test and if he would owe child support.
However, he has reportedly not responded.
“Despite requests, Mr. Musk has still not accepted service of the motion papers via his alleged attorneys, which is easy enough to do,” Ashley‘s attorney Karen B. Rosenthal told the outlet.
She continued, saying, “As a result of avoiding personal service, he has prolonged the litigation and caused unnecessary distress. It should be noted that no attorney has opted in to the NYSCEF system claiming they represent Mr. Musk. We don’t have anyone we can properly speak with. It’s unnecessary gamesmanship when there’s an infant involved.”
The news comes after we learned that Elon had welcomed a 14th child with a different woman.
Grimes also called Elon out for ignoring her as she tried to discuss one of their children having a “medical crisis.”
