Alix Earle is booked and busy—and for her, that’s about as close as it gets to turning the page.
After the Earle Meets World star raised eyebrows when she revealed she’s never read a book, she shared a cheeky reaction to her viral comment.
The moment in question came during a Q&A with Interview magazine, where Earle responded to editor-in-chief Mel Ottenberg’s question about the last book she’s read with, “I’ve never read a book.”
The TikToker did clarify that she’s familiar with some popular children’s books, telling Ottenberg in the clip posted to Instagram Sept. 28, that she’s read, “Like, maybe Dr. Seuss.”
And her admission caused quite a stir.
“PSA during this literacy crisis: READING MAKES YOU HOT AND COOL,” a user commented, while another shared, “Never read a book. Alix babe you gotta pick up a book.”
And after the Reale Actives founder’s remarks spread online, she decided to weigh in.
