Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Baldwin’s daughter doesn’t see them as anything beyond her parents.
Carmen Baldwin, 11, who stars alongside her parents on TLC’s The Baldwins, shared a surprising reaction when asked how old she was when she realized her parents were “famous.”
“They’re not,” Carmen told E! News in an exclusive joint interview with her mom, joking that she considers Alec and Hilaria to not be on the A-List, but rather on lists “Z and Y.” (For more from Carmen and her mom Hilaria, tune into E! News tonight, April 3, at 11 p.m.)
The tween emphasized that her parents’ celebrity status never comes up with her friends.
“They don’t ask about you guys because they don’t care,” she told Hilaria. “I don’t think a lot of my friends even know.”
She continued, “They don’t know about you, they might know about dad.”
As for her take of her own growing celebrity now that she stars in The Baldwins? Carmen quipped, “I don’t like watching myself.”
