Prince Harry Calls Move Back to the U.K. With Meghan Markle and Kids “Eventful”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are serving up some food for thought at the breakfast table.
Shortly after the royals moved with their kids Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, from California to the U.K., the Duke of Sussex shared how the family is making the best of the adjustment.
“Breakfast this morning, they had a bit of Monday blues,” Harry admitted in an interview with Hello magazine posted Sept. 21. “There’s always Sunday night blues when you’re being sent away to boarding school like I was. But for them, at breakfast this morning I decided, ‘You know what, you’re just being a little bit tricky so I’m going to tell you exactly what I’m doing tonight.’”
As for Harry’s big plans? The 42-year-old attended the WellChild Awards 2026 Sept. 21, a ceremony hosted by the nonprofit honoring children living with complex medical needs.
“They were genuinely fascinated and interested and had all sorts of questions,” Harry explained. “With all my work and their mom’s work as well, whatever we can do to try and instill some of that awareness—I think is absolutely crucial.”
