Lexie Brown is calling a foul on the play.
The WNBA star shot down rumors that she’s romantically involved with Klay Thompson after Megan Thee Stallion publicly accused him of cheating while announcing their split.
“I’ve seen what’s being said online,” Lexie wrote on her Instagram Stories April 26, “and I want to be clear, none of it is true, and I have no involvement in this situation.”
The Seattle Storm guard, 31, added that her attention is on the upcoming WNBA season, which kicks off at the beginning of May.
“This week marks the start of an important and exciting new season for me,” she noted, “and my focus is fully on that.”
Lexie’s statement came after Megan revealed that she had ended her relationship with Klay while accusing him of being unfaithful.
“I’ve made the decision to end my relationship with Klay,” the “Savage” rapper said in a statement to E! News April 25. “Trust, fidelity and respect are non-negotiable for me in a relationship, and when those values are compromised, there’s no real path forward.”
