“Malcolm in the Middle: Life’s Still Unfair” achieved Disney+ and Hulu’s most-viewed season premiere of 2026 thus far.
The revival of the beloved Fox sitcom hit 8.1 million views globally in its first three days of streaming, according to Disney. The company also notes that in Latin America specifically, it’s the second biggest Disney+ season premiere of all time, reaching 3.6 million views; only “Loki” Season 1 has performed better in the region.
Naturally, the revival has also driven interest back to the original series. Last week, “Malcolm in the Middle” saw an increase of 18 million viewing hours, or 107%, compared to the week before it.
