The couple, who have been together since late 2023, has long been an open book. And Ashlyn previously cited that as part of the interest in their relationship.
“It doesn’t help that I’m dating someone who happens to be clickbait clearly for every f–king tabloid,” Ashlyn admitted on a March 2025 episode of Danielle Robay‘s Question Everything podcast. “But honestly, I’m happy. I am so, so happy, and I am in a position now where I can protect that joy and happiness.”
“It takes a lot of work,” the 40-year-old—who shares kids Sloane, 5, and Ocean, 3, with ex-wife Ali Krieger—continued. “I am human, and things hurt and things do penetrate, but I just protect my overall bubble. Everything has gotten tight and small and intentional. It’s OK to make big changes in your life if they bring you joy and they are right for you.”
