Kim Kardashian’s Icy Blue Eyes at Vanity Fair Oscars Party Will Make You Do a Double Take
Kim Kardashian‘s Oscars night didn’t go as planned.
In fact, the Kardashians star fell into a bush while making her way to Vanity Fair‘s Oscars after-party, which also saw her sisters Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner—joined by boyfriend Timothée Chalamet—as well as mom Kris Jenner hit the red carpet. In a behind-the-scenes TikTok posted on March 15, Kim walked along an outdoor path surrounded by greenery as she mused to longtime friend Stephanie Shepherd, “I wonder if this shoe should be tighter.”
That statement ended up being a foreshadow, as the clip was then cut to Kim screaming as she tumbled backwards into a shrub.
“Sorry! Sorry!” Kim apologized as passersby, including a woman carrying a pink pastry box, helped her up onto her feet. “My ankle. Let me try to walk on it.”
Although the 45-year-old—who wore a golden, crystal-embellished gown by Gucci with matching eight-inch platform heels from Pleaser Shoes and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry—came out of the stumble unscathed, she did feel guilty about accidentally making contact with “that poor lady.”
