The Berlin Film Festival has just confirmed that Bong Joon Ho’s Robert Pattinson movie “Mickey 17” will play at the festival, in the Berlinale Special section, alongside a new – and equally glitzy — addition, Justin Kurzel‘s series “The Narrow Road to the Deep North” starring Jacob Elordi.
These two movies are some of the eight titles joining the Berlinale Special roster.
The Panorama section, meanwhile, will open with “Welcome Home Baby” by Andreas Prochaska. The sidebar will present a total of 34 films from 28 countries, including pics by Sir Isaac Julien, Ina Weisse, Mehmet Akif Büyükatalay, Amalia Ulman, Jeanette Nordahl, Sébastien Betbeder and Fernando Eimbcke are all included. A series will also featured this year, “Other People’s Money.”
