Mentally, Hudson Williams is always at the cottage.
As the Heated Rivalry star arrived at the Oscars 2026, he shared that he and co-star Connor Storrie have a plan to make the second season of their hockey drama even better.
“By trusting Jacob Tierney,” Hudson explained to Zuri Hall on the Live from E!: Oscars red carpet, noting to the show’s creator. “Signing my life away and just try to bust it down as hard as I possibly can.” (For more stars at the Oscars 2026 red carpet, see here.)
Indeed, Hudson emphasized it is essential he “busts it down,” for the follow-up, considering just how wild the last few months have been for him.
As he put it, “The fact that I’m invited to the Oscars is pretty crazy.”
Although the 25-year-old is only attending the 98th Academy Awards—set to be hosted by Conan O’Brien—as a guest, he admitted there is one nominee he cannot wait to meet: Bugonia director Yorgos Lanthimos, whose film is up for Best Picture alongside The Secret Agent, Marty Supreme, Train Dreams, F1, Sinners, Frankenstein, Hamnet, One Battle After Another and Sentimental Value.
