West Ham have signed Finland defender Eva Nystrom from Swedish side Hammarby for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old, who won the Swedish league and cup double in 2022-23, has signed a contact until summer 2027.
“I’ve had a successful few seasons behind me, but it’s always been a dream of mine to play in England,” said Nystrom.
West Ham manager Rehanne Skinner described her “as a confident, ball-playing centre-back who is technically astute”.
