EFL play-offs 2026: Schedule, fixtures and Wembley finals for Championship, League One and League Two | Football News



The EFL have confirmed the dates for the 2025/26 Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two play-offs.

All three divisions’ regular seasons will conclude on Saturday May 2, with play-off semi-finals to take place between Friday May 8 and Friday May 15.

The three play-off finals will take place across the Bank Holiday weekend of May 23, 24 and 25.

Each and every one of the 15 play-off games will be available to watch live on Sky Sports.

Final day

  • Saturday May 2, kick-off 12.30pm

Play-off semi-final first legs

  • 6th vs 3rd – Friday May 8, kick-off 8pm
  • 5th vs 4th – Saturday May 9, kick-off 12.30pm

Play-off semi-final second legs

  • 3rd vs 6th – Monday May 11, 8pm
  • 4th vs 5th – Tuesday May 12, 8pm

Play-off final

  • Saturday May 23, Wembley Stadium

Final day

  • Saturday May 2, kick-off 3pm

Play-off semi-final first legs

  • 6th vs 3rd – Saturday May 9, kick-off 3pm
