‘Company Retreat’ Sets Reunion Episode Hosted by James Marsden

James Marsden will host a special reunion episode of “Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat,” in which he will interview the cast of the social experiment series and its unwitting hero, Anthony Norman.

Out April 10, the episode will also include never-before-seen footage from the Amazon show.

Plus, another bonus episode will launch on the same day titled “The Meeting,” in which Norman meets up with Season 1 subject Ronald Gladden at a Los Angeles coffee shop. They discuss the bizarre experience of being the only non-actor in a “Truman Show”-esque experiment, and how “Jury Duty” and “Company Retreat” has affected their lives.

The streamer will also release recorded audio commentary for all eight episodes of “Company Retreat” featuring insights from Norman, Alex Bonifer, Stephanie Hodge, Rachel Kaly, Emily Pendergast and Marc-Sully Saint-Fleur.

“Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat” is a mockumentary series following the staff of a hot sauce brand as they venture to a corporate offsite. The catch: everyone is an actor except for Norman, a temp who has worked at the company for just three days.

Marsden starred in the first season, “Jury Duty,” which similarly placed one regular person in a sequestered jury full of actors. The “X-Men” and “Paradise” actor played a sent-up version of himself. He was an executive producer on the second season.

The cast of “Company Retreat” includes Bonifer, Blair Beeken, Pendergast, Erica Hernandez, Jerry Hauck, Jim A. Woods, LaNisa Renee Frederick, Saint-Fleur, Kaly, Rob Lathan, Ryan Perez, Hodge, Warren Burke, and Wendy Braun.

The show is created by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky and directed by Jake Szymanski.
