Caroline Dubois and Terri Harper’s lightweight world title unification bout will be live on BBC Radio 5 Live on Sunday.
Harper, the WBO champion, and WBC belt-holder Dubois will fight at the Olympia in Kensington at the top of a stacked card.
Chantelle Cameron, Ellie Scotney and Emma Dolan are also in world title fights.
Radio commentary begins from 19:00 BST on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra before switching to BBC Radio 5 Live at 20:00.
Live text commentary will accompany each of the world title fights.
Harper, a three-weight world champion, is aiming to halt Dubois’ bid to become a unified champion and become the first fighter to beat the 25-year-old in the paid ranks.
Londoner Scotney can become undisputed super-bantamweight champion should she beat Mayelli Flores.
Northampton’s Cameron targets a world title in a second weight against Michaela Kotaskova while Norfolk’s Dolan fights in her maiden world title bout against IBF super-flyweight champion Irma Garcia.
The event is a first in the UK for Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) and the first in its newly created women’s league.
How the league will operate is unclear but Amanda Serrano, Alycia Baumgardner and Mikaela Mayer are among the female world champions signed to the promotion.
