Fast forward 10 years later, and the duo are stepping out of NYC hotels together. But trust, Jennifer is as devout to The Kardashians as ever, and even recently spilled her latest hot take on the series.
“Kourtney [Kardashian] is more annoying than ever,” she said in a Vanity Fair video segment released last year. “She drives me nuts.”
Lawrence wasn’t trying to be f–king rude, as Kim would say, but she had to get her irritation toward the eldest sister off her chest.
“Everything has to be an announcement,” she explained. “‘I’m not gonna wear outfits anymore.’ Just wear whatever you want. Don’t make an announcement about it. Or, ‘I don’t have a TV in my room.’ Just don’t watch TV. Stop announcing it.”
Unlike other reality TV fans, though, Lawrence got to see a direct response to her take airing on her favorite show.
In a recent episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney joked that if Jennifer wants to be considered the sixth sister in her family and share her opinions, “I’ll f–king slap the s–t out of her.”
As the 47-year-old quipped, “Invite her over. And I’ll go for it like she’s my sister.”
