Snoop Dogg’s Daughter Cori Broadus Says Death of 10-Month-Old Feels Like a “Bad Dream”
Cori Broadus is forging her own path.
And while the 27-year-old has been able to count herself lucky as the only daughter of Snoop Dogg and Shante Broadus, she’s also set always aimed for full financial independence.
Or, as Cori put it in an exclusive interview with E! News, “Success is no longer asking mommy or daddy for money.”
“You know, being able to be like, ‘I want to go to Bora Bora tomorrow,’” she added. “And I’m able to pay for it, get play, get the house, get the whatever that comes with it.”
But Cori, whose brothers include Cordé, Cordell and Julian, wants to go even beyond that, getting herself to a point where she can give back to her parents.
“I’ve been grateful enough to have mom and dad support, and I’m always appreciative of that,” she said. “But I think that will be success for me—not having to depend on them financially and being able to do for them, ‘Where y’all want to go, what do y’all want to do? Let’s make it happen.’”
