Day nine at the Games
Preamble
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the final day of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. The city is still high on Josh Kerr’s glorious victory last night, and for the spectator today has the feel of a slow, steady comedown. There are still 15 gold medals up for grabs, including the netball final between New Zealand and Jamaica and several cycling events.
For now our focus is on netball bronze, which is heading Australia’s way. They lead England 49-36 at the end of the third quarter.
