Kim Kardashian doesn’t get her f–king ass up to get worked up.
The 45-year-old knows how to take a joke—and she’s not afraid of poking fun at herself. In fact, she recently addressed the scrutiny around her burgeoning legal career, which hit a roadblock after she failed the bar exam in November, with a cheeky quip.
“Did she even pass the bar?” one actor asks in Kardashian’s recent Update Energy ad, to which the Kardashians star responds, “No, I didn’t pass the bar. I raised it.”
Throughout the commercial for her new energy drink brand, Kardashian breaks the fourth wall, directly responding to rumors about her including what plastic surgery she’s gotten done and that she’s a workaholic. In one clip, two women even discuss the Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum’s infamous business advice, “Get your f–king ass up and work.”
Indeed, Kardashian has been hard at work trying to become a lawyer. She graduated law school in May 2025 after six years of legal training, commemorating the milestone with an intimate commencement ceremony. To celebrate, she was joined by loved ones including sister Khloe Kardashian, kids Saint West, 9, Chicago West, 7, and Psalm West, 6, as well as friend Van Jones.
