Caleb Shomo and Fleur Shomo are closing a chapter.
Nearly two months after the Beartooth frontman came out as gay, the former couple jointly filed for divorce in the Los Angeles Superior Court July 13 after 14 years of marriage, according to court records obtained by multiple outlets.
Fleur, who married Caleb in 2012, shared in May that she and the “Free” singer had split following his announcement that he’s a “proudly gay man.”
“Our nearly 14yrs of marriage was wonderful and full of so much fun, adventure & love,” she wrote in a May 23 Instagram post. “Nobody will know anything about our marriage like we do. And no one can ever truly know what depths of love exist between two people unless they are those people.”
Fleur admitted that she was “already” missing her marriage and husband “more than anything,” adding, “Our story was a good one. And now it’s done.”
Earlier that day, Caleb came out as gay while addressing speculation about his personal life.
