Tom Holland is feeling legendary.
The Odyssey actor was truly on top of the world at the film’s July 14 premiere at New York City’s AMC Lincoln Square Theater, where he reflected on having worked with great actors like Lupita Nyong’o, Anne Hathaway and Matt Damon, as well as the film’s director, Christopher Nolan.
“The opportunity—the lessons that I could learn from our industry’s titans: Lupita, Annie, Matt and then Christopher Nolan himself,” Holland exclusively told Justin Sylvester during the Live from E! Stream, “for a young actor to get the opportunity to be a part of something like this is so surreal.”
And the 30-year-old was particularly excited to rewatch the epic again, adding, “I cannot wait to see it. I’m honestly—I’m on cloud nine right now.”
Of course, taking on a role like Telemachus—the son of Damon’s Odysseus—wasn’t without its hurdles, which is exactly why Holland was grateful to have Nolan at the helm.
