Annemarie Wiley and Marcellus Wiley are ending their marriage.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum filed for divorce from the former NFL player on July 6 after 12 years of marriage, according to documents obtained by E! News.
In the filing, which cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the breakup, Annemarie—who shares a 10-year-old son and two daughters, 7 and 6, with Marcellus—accused him of repeatedly abused her physically, emotionally and sexually throughout their marriage.
“Marcellus has subjected me to a continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control, and intimidation,” the 42-year-old wrote in her declaration to the court, “much of which our children have witnessed.”
E! News reached out to reps for the former Bravo reality stars but has not yet heard back.
Annemarie—who appeared as a main cast member during RHOBH‘s 13th season in 2023—cited a July 3 incident between her and the 51-year-old in which the athlete “yelled at me and forcefully jammed his finger into my face while I was lying in bed with our 7-year-old daughter” during a family trip to Orlando, Fla. “He told me that I cause him to treat me badly and that I bring it on myself.”
