The hosts thumped South Africa by 40 runs in Thursday’s semi-final across London at The Oval to set up a showdown with six-time T20 World Cup champions Australia.
Australia – who hold a 6-0 winning record against England in all World Cup finals between the teams across 50-over and 20-over cricket – thrashed West Indies by eight wickets at The Oval on Tuesday to reach their eighth T20 World Cup final.
The final starts at 3.30pm UK and Ireland time, with build-up beginning on Sky Sports at 2.30pm and including a live performance from internationally renowned singer Rita Ora.
After the match and the trophy lift, Clean Bandit will perform.
