Hot Goss: WWE Superstar Braun Strowman knocked out ridiculous rumors in a game of “Believe it or Braun’t!”
Braun Strowman knows how to eat like the monster of all monsters.
But that doesn’t mean he’s trying to put on the pounds. So, the former WWE wrestler had a jaw-dropping workout routine to stay lean while ordering a whole lot of food on his series Everything on the Menu With Braun Strowman.
“Some of these restaurants, we were getting up there close to those 20,000 calorie marks,” Braun (real name Adam Scherr) exclusively told E! News. “In that seven and a half weeks, I dropped 9 pounds and around 3 percent body fat while doing this, so it was a ton of work going into this.”
“I would fast for 24 hours before I would film,” he continued, “an hour of cardio the night before, get up in the morning, an hour of cardio, my workout, then go to the first location, pig out on that, head back to the hotel, sit down for a half an hour or so, then another hour of cardio.”
