Premier League recap: Man United beat Chelsea, Spurs let lead slip

Another Saturday, another day full of Premier League drama, with results that may well decide the futures of several clubs as little more than a month remains of the 2025-26 season.

In our first game, Tottenham Hotspur let a chance to climb out of the relegation zone slip as Roberto De Zerbi’s side surrendered a 2-1 lead in second-half stoppage time against Brighton & Hove Albion, settling for a 2-2 draw and remaining in 18th place.

In the day’s late contest, Manchester United went some way to cementing their place in next season’s UEFA Champions League by defeating Chelsea 1-0 at Stamford Bridge, moving 10 points clear of the sixth-placed Blues.
