“Deli Boys” has a Season 2 premiere date, with the show also adding to its cast.
Season 2 of the Onyx Collective series will debut on Hulu on May 28. Andrew Rannells (“Girls,” “Black Monday”) and Kumail Nanjiani (“Silicon Valley,” “Welcome to Chippendales”) will appear in recurring guest star roles, while Lilly Singh (“The Muppet Mayhem,” “Dollface”) and Robin Thede (“A Black Lady Sketch Show,” “The Rundown with Robin Thede”) will guest star. Tan France will also return as Zubair, the British Pakistani gangster first seen in Season 1.
The new cast members will appear alongside returning stars Asif Ali, Saagar Shaikh, and Poorna Jagannathan. As previously reported, Fred Armisen will play a major role in Season 2 as casino magnate Max Sugar.

The official logline for Season 2 states:
“Turns out inheriting a criminal empire was the easy part… and more money really does mean more problems. This season on ‘Deli Boys,’ the Dars are drowning in dirty cash and Philly’s sketchiest crooks are circling. Enter Max Sugar (Armisen): casino king, money launderer, and Lucky’s (Jagannathan) new crush who turns laundering into a chaotic situationship. Raj (Shaikh) plots revenge on Ahmad, Mir (Ali) tries to expand DarCo without blowing it up, and Philly D.A. Andrew Chadwater (Rannells) hopes one big bust will make him mayor.”
Abdullah Saeed created the series, which was developed by Jenni Konner and Nora Silver under Jenni Konner Productions. Michelle Nader serves as showrunner and is an executive producer alongside Saeed, Konner and Silver. The series hails from Onyx Collective and is produced by 20th Television.

Andrew Rannells recurs as Andrew Chadwater, a district attorney with political aspirations of becoming mayor.
Kumail Nanjiani recurs as Danyal, a defense attorney hired by Max Sugar (Armisen).
Singh guest stars as Aisha, Maalik Ali’s (Shahjehan Khan) wife who is obsessed with Raj (Shaikh).
Thede guest stars as Dr. Iverson, a couples therapist with questionable ethics.
