Kylie Jenner is keeping up with her real estate empire.
Nearly a decade after the Kardashians star purchased her sprawling California mansion in 2016, she has put the Hidden Hills home up for sale with an asking price of $20.2 million.
Standing at 13,234 square feet, the abode is being sold by Million Dollar Listing alums Josh Altman and Matt Altman, according to the listing. True to its ample acreage, the home features 10 bathrooms and eight bedrooms, with highlight amenities including an attached guest suite, a wet bar, and an outdoor kitchen.
Kylie, 28, first secured this home for $16 million when she was 19 years old. She went on to purchase two more Hidden Hills properties—including a 1.37-acre plot of land—over the years, but her now-listed home has been a mainstay for her and ex Travis Scott’s two kids Stormi, 8, and Aire, 3. (She bought her first mansion in her hometown Calabasas in 2015, but she sold it for $3.2 million two years later.)
And with this being her first Hidden Hills home, the Khy founder—who’s dating Timothée Chalamet—tapped interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to turn the space into her dream pastel cloud.
