“For me, the key to achieving it at home is keeping everything soft and diffused rather than overly precise. It’s almost as if you want to be a bit messy then perfect it,” she shared exclusively with E! on how to achieve the trending look. “I love using a small fluffy blending brush to start to buff out the liner. That slightly undone finish is what makes it feel cool.”
